Background Information: Mr. Gallagher qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1990. He then underwent surgical training in the Northern Region of England. Following a period of training in Adelaide, Australia he commenced work as a Consultant Surgeon in Northumbria NHS Trust in 2004.
